Developing a positive mindset

inNews

For our fourth and final Zoom Cafe for National Volunteering Week (17th – 23rd May), we are covering the topic of positive mental health. Recent events have made many of us re-evaluate what we do and how we do it. As we ask ourselves challenging questions like ‘What is my purpose?’ or ‘What are my future goals?’, we can become struck by a fear of the unknown and struggle to find a way forward. We know deep down what we want to do and it’s only ourselves holding us back. In this session, Marie Sweeney Khalifa, an experienced education and mindset coach, will help you to identify what you are afraid of and work towards a positive mindset. Your fears could be something simple such as using Zoom to communicate or more far reaching in terms of your career choices. Marie will use a set of powerful questions to get you thinking and turn negative thoughts into positive actions.

Date: Thursday 20th May, 11.00 – 12.00 Register here: https://www.eventbrite.ie/e/153845731725
